At The Tarot Studios, every reading is carefully channelled, interpreted, and written by me — Adele — an experienced, intuitive tarot reader. Each message is personally prepared with clarity, focus, and spiritual integrity.

🔮 How Your Reading Is Delivered

All tarot readings are digitally delivered via email to the address you provide at checkout. There are no physical products involved. Once your order is placed and your question is submitted, your reading is added to my queue and begins processing.

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email after your purchase

  • A follow-up email containing your personalised tarot reading within the stated delivery window

⏳ Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the reading you choose. The estimated turnaround time is displayed on each product page.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Reading: Delivered within 48 hours

  • Premium Reading: Delivered within 72 hours

  • 24-Hour Express Reading: Delivered within 24 hours (available on select products)

Please note: Business hours are Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.

Need your reading faster? Select one of our Express Delivery Add-Ons at checkout:

  • 24-Hour Delivery

  • Same-Day (by midnight) — available until 3PM GMT

  • Queue Jump – have your reading moved to the front of the queue

These options are subject to availability and may be limited during peak periods.

📬 Didn’t Receive Your Reading?

If your reading hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your spam/junk/promotions folders

  2. Ensure your email address was entered correctly at checkout

  3. If still missing, contact us at info@thetarotstudios.com with your order number

📎 File Format

Your reading will be delivered as either:

  • A formatted PDF attachment 

  • A voice note (optional upgrade)

Each reading is written in clear, thoughtful language and can be saved or printed for future reflection.
