🔮 How does an email tarot reading work?
Once you place your order and submit your question, I will personally tune into your energy and craft a reading using tarot cards, angel cards, crystals, and intuitive guidance. The completed reading is delivered straight to your inbox within the stated timeframe on the product page.
🕰 When will I receive my reading?
Delivery times are listed on each product. Most standard readings are delivered within 48 hours, and express readings are delivered within 24 hours (excluding weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated). You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate email with your reading once it's ready.
📬 I haven't received my reading — what should I do?
Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — especially if this is your first time ordering from us. If it’s past the delivery timeframe and still missing, email us at info@thetarotstudios.com with your order number and we’ll get it sorted.
✍️ How do I submit my question for the reading?
When placing your order, you’ll be prompted to enter your main question or area of focus, along with your preferred email address. Please ensure this is correct, as your reading will be sent there.
🧙♀️ What kind of questions can I ask?
You can ask about love, relationships, career, life direction, personal growth, or anything that’s on your heart. If your question is too vague or unclear, I may reach out for clarification before beginning the reading.

📦 Will I receive a physical product?
No — all tarot readings are digital only and delivered via email. You will not receive anything in the post.
🚫 Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the personal and energetic nature of each reading, we do not offer refunds once a reading has been delivered. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 30 minutes of placing it. Please refer to our Refund Plicy for full details.
✨ What if the reading doesn’t make sense right away?
Sometimes the meaning of a reading takes time to unfold. Spirit doesn't always speak in straight lines — you may find that certain messages become clearer with time, reflection, or unfolding events. We always recommend revisiting your reading a few times before drawing final conclusions.

Tarot offers guidance, not guarantees. It reflects your current energy and possible paths — but you always have free will. The cards may offer insight into what’s ahead, but they won’t override your personal power or choices.
